Prohibition of sale to persons under 18 years of age
Restrictions on the sale of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and alcohol to persons under the age of 18 according to Act No. 379/2005 Coll. On measures to protect against damage caused by tobacco products, alcohol and other addictive substances and on the amendment of related laws, as amended by Act No. 225/2006 Coll., No. 274/2008 Coll. According to Decree No. 37/2017 Coll.
