On measures to protect against damage caused by tobacco products, alcohol and other addictive substances and on the amendment of related laws, as amended by Act No. 225/2006 Coll., No. 274/2008 Coll. And No. 305/2009 Coll. For this reason, a customer who makes an order through this eshop must enter his actual birth age in the ordering process, which will then be checked by the shipping company for the delivery of the goods.
According to Decree No. 37/2017 Coll. For electronic cigarettes, the refill volume of the refillable electronic cigarette for replenishing replacement nicotine-containing cartridges must not exceed 2 ml. Following the provisions of Section 4 (3) of this Decree, we strongly advise that our Clearomizers or products with a space for liquids greater than 2ml are products designed exclusively for nicotine-free cartridges!
