Maintenance Clearomizer:
Once in a while it is appropriate echomizer rinse with warm water and then dry thoroughly. After filling e-liquid wait for a while before you start to use them again. Periodically wipe also contacts between the battery and echomizerom cloth or paper towel.

After the life of some of the internal parts Clearomizer just simply unscrew and replace either alone basis atomizer, or just the top part silicone with long wicks.
